Refund policy

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

• Orders Placed can only cancelled before shipment.
• There is no refund and return available once order is delivered.
• No Refund or Return once products are opened and use.
• COD you can refuse to get delivery of order and in prepaid orders, these can cancelled before shipment is made
• Kindly Capture a video while unboxing in can case of any claims.

• ⁠“Refunds will be provided to customers in two instances:

  1. If the order is canceled before the product is delivered.

  2. If the customer receives incorrect or damaged products (an unboxing video is required as evidence to support the claim).

• Refund will be issued in 8-10 working days & Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

• Product is opened and use.
• Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, freebies or if original packaging is damaged
• Product is used or altered
• If request is initiated after 02 business days of order delivery
